Can I easily move over to cloud accounting?

Pretty much, yes. We just need your most recent financial reports and then we can input the data into QuickBooks.

We can then take all of the bookkeeping off your hands – or enable you to become as involved as you’d like to be in the data entry process. Every business (and every business person) has different requirements and we can adapt to your needs.

If you’d like to be more involved then we can assist in training you in how to use QuickBooks. As HMRC is moving closer to ‘Making Tax Digital’ for all, we can make sure that you’re ready for a smooth transition if you’re under the current threshold.

Once onboard, we can help you with the smooth running of your business. For example – There’s no need to hand over a box of receipts at the end of the year, hoping that you haven’t mislaid any.

Simply use your phone to take a picture of your receipts as soon as you make a purchase or receive an invoice and we will have the transaction added into your accounts in no time.
